Tech campuses, apartments and industry together
Electronic City and the Hosur Road corridor mix IT and office campuses, large apartment communities and light industry. Each has a different solar case, and many have big roofs.
Offices and campuses
Office buildings use most of their power in the daytime, so solar generation is mostly used on site. Roofs are often shared with air-conditioning plant, chillers, ducts and lift rooms. We map those obstructions, check the structure and plan walkways and safe access. A plant on a leased building also needs the owner's consent and clear terms. See commercial and industrial solar.
Apartment communities
Large communities here have substantial common-area loads. Societies can receive ₹18,000 per kW for common-facility solar, up to 500 kW. Roof space may limit the plant, and in that case group and virtual net metering may help. See solar for apartments.
Independent homes
Independent houses can claim up to ₹78,000 under PM Surya Ghar for a 3 kW or larger system. See home rooftop solar.
Light industry and warehouses
Units with sheet or RCC roofs and daytime loads are good candidates. We check roof strength, the connection and your contract demand. For the financial method, read solar for factories.
Electricity company
These areas are served by BESCOM, so applications go through BESCOM's solar rooftop portal.
Next step
Send your bills and a roof photo, or a roof plan for larger buildings. We will propose a size and arrange a site survey.
