A belt of large apartment communities

Sarjapur Road and Bellandur are known for big gated communities with several towers, plus villa layouts and offices nearby. The common-area bill in such communities is large: lifts, pumps, sewage treatment, clubhouse, lighting and a growing number of EV chargers. Common loads run through the day, which suits solar.

Roof space versus load

Tall towers often have limited roof compared with their load, and tank rooms and lift machine rooms cast shade. The usable roof, not the bill, may set the plant size. We map the roofs of every tower before suggesting a number. Where roof space is the limit, group and virtual net metering may let one plant serve several meters. Eligibility depends on your meters and ownership, so we check them first.

Subsidy for societies

Villas and independent homes
